Tarragona esdevé un pol per a la tecnificació espeleològica

The Society of Speleological Research of Tarragona (SIET) officially inaugurated, last Saturday, December 14, the new speleometer of its headquarters. In this way, the entity manages to be a benchmark in the technification of speleology, since apart from this installation it also manages the Urban Cave of Tarragona, which allows the technification of speleobusing. 

If we want people to enjoy the natural environment, when they visit the cavities, they must be able to learn the POS progression easily and comfortably. And the equipped walls allow us to do so. If it is necessary to prepare an expedition, training is basic to ensure success and a wall covered nearby, becomes fundamental. It is no coincidence that SIET members are part of the Gocta canyon exploration group.
