GER del Centre Excursionista de Rubí

Last Friday, May 9, the audiovisual “Explorations in the Pe'a Foratata cave in Valle de Tena – Sallent de G dellego” was screened.

With this activity, the Rubí Speleology Group (GER) of the Rubí Hiking Center, which has recently turned 65 years of its creation, wanted to make us participate in the exploration work that is being carried out in this cavity. 

The exploration campaign began in 2012 when the cave was discovered, since then very interesting advances have been made. The presentation and talk were given by Juan Manuel Caparrós, member of the CER's Speleology Group and Xavi Poquet, responsible for the explorations. Also present were colleagues of the GET of the Talaia Excursionist Group of Vilanova i la Geltrú who actively collaborate with the GER.
